How it Works

To get started, users can register or sign in to the app using their ID number or Sanlam username to create a personalized profile. Setting up a PIN or enabling fingerprint ID provides added security for quick sign-in on subsequent visits. Users can securely access their portfolio of Sanlam products and interact with specific business units to access detailed information and conduct online transactions.

There is no need for separate registration on other platforms as any additional products purchased automatically integrate into the app. The Documents section allows users to download agreements, statements, and tax certificates for the last five years, as well as access their will stored at Sanlam. The app's online Document Vault feature enables users to upload and securely store personal, financial, and estate-related documents.
